Capital Building Maintenance is a locally-owned and operated firm that has been serving many of the largest, most prestigious, and most complex buildings in the SF Bay Area for over 25 years. Our window washing unit has grown to become one of the largest independent union contractors in San Francisco. In addition to window washing, we also have years of experience providing property managers with a variety of specialty services such as cleaning building facades, steam cleaning, power washing, installing pigeon abatement systems, removing graffiti, cleaning carpets and stripping/waxing floors.
