Company Overview

In 1996, Capital Health Management (CHM) opened Crown Care Center in Harrisonville, Missouri and Country Club Care Center in Warrensburg, Missouri. From the beginning, CHM was dedicated to providing exemplary long-term care with an emphasis on creating a home-like atmosphere where all of our residents would be cared for and comfortable. In 1999, CHM opened Wilshire at Lakewood Care Center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, continuing our mission of personalized care rehabilitation services based on individual needs and physician orders in the Kansas City area. Services include physical, occupational, speech-language and restorative therapy. Whether an individual is in need of therapy on a short term basis or for an extended stay, our certified staff will ensure that residents regain and retain their highest possible level of function and mobility.
