Capitol Weekly is a publication produced by Open California, a Sacramento-based nonprofit founded in 2012 to inform Californians about public policy and state governance and to provide a forum for engagement with public officials, advocates, and political interests. Its portfolio includes a flagship publication, a daily e-newsletter, and a program of conferences and related projects that cover critical policy issues and governance topics.
