We also pride ourselves in the relationships we have with local lenders that are skilled in construction lending.

We approach custom home construction innovatively . We are truly a FEE-BASED BUILDER. What that means to you is that we are completely transparent. Our clients know what we are being paid and exactly what it's for. There are never any hidden charges or change order fees. As a client of Capitola, you pay "cost" for your project plus our set fee, nothing more. Many of our clients prefer to pay the invoices directly and we fully encourage that. Doing so keeps our customers involved and allows them to see and know firsthand where every dollar is being spent during the construction process.
