Founded in 2009, CapraCare is is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to developing sustainable community health programs for children and their families living in Haiti. The organization is the leading community resource serving a population of 20,000 residents in Fonfrede that was affected by the Haiti earthquake. CapraCare provides a host of professional services ranging from access to healthcare, prevention health education, social services, professional development training, to low-threshold mental health education and counseling. 

CapraCare’s programs and services up-to-date fostered sustainable change for over 10,500 people in the community of Fonfrede, Haiti, and they have been instrumental in saving lives, transforming communities while building a lasting self-sufficient local capacity in Haiti.
