How it Works for a Car Buyer: 

--  Buyer selects what car he/she would like to buy on caracoom.com
-- CARACOOM invites local dealers to bid on Buyer request. 
-- Car Dealers start providing Buyer with quotes and/or information and since they can see each other’s quotes, their offers are going to be very competitive. 
-- All quotes and negotiation information are easy to compare, so when Buyer sees the great deal (or two), all he/she has to do is print out the quote (or write down the request/quote numbers), and go to the dealer to complete the purchase. 

How it Works for a Car Dealer: 

-- CARACOOM.COM advertise for car buyer 
-- Buyer creates quote request that is immedeatly placed into Car Dealers request queue
-- Car Dealers review this request information associated with that request. In addition to the usual information about that lead, requested car, time frame, payment method, etc. CARACOOM also provides information about existing quotes from other dealers, so every Car Dealer can review them, before committing to that quote request. 
-- If Car Dealer doesn't like what is in the request, he/she can just decline it. There is no obligation to accept every request CARACOOM provides.
