Our company has developed unique, cost effective programs for Accountable Care Organizations (ACO's), and for physicians and hospitals managing risk contracts with payers.  Our dedicated and compassionate clinical team provides excellent care to patients throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.  Our therapies include:  

-Home Health Services- Our Medicare certified home health agency, along with our signature Residentialist Program, provides skilled nursing, physical & occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, social work, CNAs and home health aides for patients throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.  Specialty programs include Home Rehab for Post-Op Joint Replacement, COPD & CHF Management, wound care, and Parkinson's disease management utilizing the LSVT Big & Loud program.
