CareerConnection is a small to mid-sized nonprofit based in Dallas that focuses on career management and professional networking. It is the oldest and largest organization of its kind in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, a role it has held since its founding in September 1992. To date, it has assisted about 40,000 professionals with networking, career management, and placement across the metro area. Its activities serve professionals seeking ongoing career management and networking opportunities, as well as local employers needing placement support. The organization also runs the Hire DFW First initiative, a collaboration with businesses, professionals, and community leaders aimed at strengthening the regional economy by aligning corporate placement needs with lifelong career management resources and community partnership.
