Carers & Communities, formerly Worcestershire Association of Carers is a registered charity which was founded in 1997. We are an independent source of information, advice and support for unpaid adult carers in Worcestershire and also provide Social Prescribing and WorkWell services in Redditch.

We provide a range of services for carers, mainly through the Worcestershire Integrated Carers  Hub.  The services include a carer helpline, carers well being assessments, carer groups, training and information sessions, a carers emergency card.  We also help carers make their voices heard at a strategic and decision making level.

Our other projects include Carer Friendly Employer Network which aims to work with employers to support carers in the workplace. 

We welcome opportunities to work in partnership with other organisations and businesses, and are always looking for volunteers in a wide variety of roles.
