Mr. Dolan has created the Rhode Island EB-5 Regional Center, LLC which allows foreign investors a path to US citizenship by making investments of a minimum of $500,000 per investor which also creates 10 new jobs per investment in the USA. Mr. Dolan also has Regional Centers in Miami, Ohio, Kentucky and Las Vegas. One creative financial aspect is to use EB-5 foreign investors to roll out profitable Pub’s, Portable Tiki bars and Pop up stores up and down the east coast in high traffic waterfront locations.

Mr. Dolan is the Founder and Chairman of Carey International Ltd, www.CareyLtd.com, a global financial investment and consulting firm, who led and closed a $95 million dollar fund raiser for a public company in 36 days. Mr. Dolan graduated from the specialized financial training for CEO/CFO's at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, and the Industrial and Technology Assistance Corporation Fast Trac Master’s program (www.ITAC.org). Mr. John Dolan is the son of Thomas N. Dolan, Esq. former State Chairman and Assistant Attorney General and Chief of Broker Dealer compliance in NY for more than 25 years. This father and son team helped elect and re-elect Attorney General Louis J. Lefkowitz for 6 consecutive 4 year terms.
