Caris Healthcare delivers care to people with life-limiting illness and their families through a professional team of healthcare workers which include a nurse on call 24-hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days per year. Patients can reside in their homes, in a nursing facility, or assisted-care facility. The plan of care for each patient and family is individualized according to his or her needs. To meet these needs, Caris Healthcare provides a wide range of services. The word ‘Caris’ comes from an ancient Greek word meaning ‘grace’.
