Carlock and Associates, with offices in Dayton and Vandalia, Ohio, was founded in 1979 by Dr.Jesse Carlock. Our practice group provides psychotherapy, training, education, coaching and consultation to individuals, groups, couples, families and organizations. Our model focuses on creating transformational change. We use a multi-dimensional approach (cognitive, behavioral, affective and sensory) to help clients achieve goals.

We value a collaborative approach between the therapist and the client, equality in relationships, and respect for individuals. Honoring differences is a special strength of ours as well as our emphasis on accessing and mobilizing internal and external resources to address problem areas. Our overriding goal is to create a safe, healthy environment to build resiliency and help people bounce back from life’s inevitable challenges as well as to grow towards greater self-awareness and wholeness.
