Carlson Kennedy Construction is a commercial general contractor providing constructions services for clients throughout the Midwest with our office located in Omaha, Nebraska.

The company was founded by Eric Carlson and Scott Kennedy who have worked together their entire 20 years in the construction industry.  Our portfolio of work includes Multi-family, Senior Housing, Office, Retail, Industrial, Warehousing, and a wide variety of other types of commercial construction.

We value the relationships that we have built over the years.  A project to us is a lifelong relationship.  Our commitment is to help with not only providing a quality facility but also to be a partner through out the entire process by providing design input, assist with business planning, being a resource for project related financing, and facility management.  Our commitment to more than the construction is the value that makes us successful.

The majority of Clients build one maybe two projects in their entire career.  We make every opportunity we are given count.
