Carmelsoft has been developing and selling HVAC and building analysis software for over 25 years. In 2010, Carmel sold its engineering analysis applications and software code base to Autodesk, the makers of AutoCAD. Currently, Carmel's analysis code is used to power the analysis capabilities of Autodesk Revit. 

Carmel is now focusing its efforts on licensing and developing mobile and web-based software for the building services industry. We have licensed over 350,000 mobile apps to technicians, engineers, and architects world-wide.
