Carolina Dispute Settlement Services (CDSS) is one of the leading providers of alternative dispute resolution services and training in North Carolina. A truly independent dispute resolution provider, CDSS is a non-profit organization. Our independence and neutrality allow for the facilitation of dialogue and settlement of a wide range of disputes.

Since our founding in 1983, we have assisted individuals, businesses, government agencies and other organizations in resolving tens of thousands of cases prior to trial. CDSS is a North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission - approved instructor for mediation programs including 40 Hour and 16 Hour Mediation Training for Superior Court and Family Financial Mediated Settlement Conference, 6 Hour Legal Terminology, and 4 Hour District Court Orientation Training.
