Carolina Homes Connection was founded in 2015, yet marks many years in the making. Owner/Broker Jenn Weldon grew up in the home building business as both her parents worked for a regional owned homebuilder in western New York.  Jenn moved to the Carolinas and has been in the local real estate market for over 15 years, specifically in the new home building niche.

Entering the business as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at a national builder, Jenn worked her way up to Marketing Manager for a private builder.  After gathering extensive experience in the marketing realm, Jenn realized her true passion was in experiencing the joy a new home can bring to a family.  

Meeting thousands of families on their new home search, Jenn observed that two vital components were usually missing from a family’s experience which made their journey more difficult.  First their needs were not being truly listened to or understood. Second, they were not being provided knowledgeable responses to those needs nor viable solutions. Jenn knew there was a better way to help clients buy and sell homes, and such was the catalyst for Carolina Homes Connection.
