The Carolina Renaissance Festival is an entertainment producer staging a large Renaissance-themed event in Huntersville, North Carolina. Founded in 1994, the festival blends 16th-century European art and entertainment with a village-like setting spread across a 25-acre grounds. It features 16 outdoor theater stages, an arts and crafts market with more than 140 artisans, and hundreds of costumed participants who move through the festival village.

The festival runs on eight consecutive fall weekends—Saturdays and Sundays in October and November—and draws about 240,000 attendees. In 2023 the organizers expanded their seasonal staff by about 350 positions.
