After immigrating to Bryan, Texas, in the early 1900s, our family flourished. In 1986, Johnny Carrabba and Uncle Damian Mandola realized their vision by opening the first Carrabba's Italian Grill in Houston, Texas.

Founded on the belief that sharing food is about connecting with each other, Carrabba's represents authentic Italian cuisine and embodies our heritage, love of food, and commitment to hospitality. Our recipes, passed down through generations and taught by Mama Mandola, reflect the same flavors and traditions our family has cherished for years.
