Carroll Concrete Company and Newport Sand & Gravel Co., Inc., is a closely held business originally incorporated in New Hampshire in 1959 as the Eaton Jones Sand and Gravel Co., Inc. The name was changed in 1973, when it was acquired by Shaun P. Carroll. At that time, the operation consisted of a single sand and gravel crushing plant in Newport, New Hampshire. We continually seek out opportunities to expand our markets, products, and services while increasing profitability.
