CASA of Larimer County advocates for safe, nurturing, and permanent connections to family and community so children who have experienced abuse and neglect can have the opportunity to thrive. We accomplish our mission through three core programs: Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Family Connections, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®). We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and provide all services free of charge. CASA volunteers are appointed to open Dependency & Neglect cases in Larimer & Jackson counties. CASA volunteers advocate for children's best interests and ensure that the court has all the information it needs to make informed decisions for a child's care. Our Family Connections program provides fee-free supervised visitation & safe exchange services to the community. Our staff provide case management services, a safe environment at Harmony House, and evidence-based training for parents to grow their skills and knowledge. TBRI® is a trauma-informed framework that provides training, resources, and tools for parents, caregivers, and professionals working with children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
