CaseMetrix is a settlement and verdict database that is comprised of 95% settlements and 5% verdicts. Unlike other legal databases that typically reflect outlier verdicts, the bulk of CaseMetrix data is the middle layer of settlements and verdicts that has never before been collected.

We use the latest cloud-based technology to accumulate and search for cases. Unlike other databases that make targeted searching very difficult, CaseMetrix is parameter driven and built for speed. Our data comes in daily from attorneys in our network, ensuring that our database is constantly refreshed with recent information. We never report the names of litigants and attorneys have the option to reveal themselves and the names of insurance carriers on a case-by-case basis. Our data shows a range of settlement and verdict amounts for many different types of cases.   Attorneys strategically use our data in many ways.
