CaseMetrix is a settlement and verdict database that is comprised of 95% settlements and 5% verdicts. Unlike other legal databases that typically reflect outlier verdicts, the bulk of CaseMetrix data is the middle layer of settlements and verdicts that has never before been collected.

Our data comes in daily from attorneys in our network, ensuring that our database is constantly refreshed with recent information. We never report the names of litigants and attorneys have the option to reveal themselves and the names of insurance carriers on a case-by-case basis.
