Castle Consulting Services, Inc., headquartered in New York was established in 1995 by Janet Silverman, President, and is a retained and exclusive search firm. 

Using our extensive nationwide network of contacts, our database and the Internet we have proven that we can deliver superior results in a reasonable time frame. We work with many international companies needing to staff in the United States. 

One of Castle Consulting Services, Inc.'s most important goals is to develop long-term relationships with our customers by creating win/win situations. We are proud to announce effective Fall 2016, the launch of our career coaching practice. This practice will provide career coaching to recent college graduates, women reentering the workforce, and seasoned professionals dealing with career transition. In today’s competitive job market, there is a need for career coaching in order to achieve success. We will utilize our comprehensive market knowledge based on years in professional search, and our extensive years of experience as members of Corporate America.

The services offered will focus on developing and fine-tuning skills, career direction, resume and social media enhancement, coaching for successful interviews, tips on creating a value proposition, and a career transition plan if required. Our fees will be determined based on the services provided.
