Castle Family Health Centers offers four convenient locations to serve your primary care needs along with a variety of specialty services offered at each location. Our largest site, located on the former Castle Air force Base, not only provides primary care services but also houses our Urgent Care, Optometry, Laboratory, X-ray along with Ultrasound and Mammography, Pharmacy, and a host of specialists to care for those special needs of our patients.
