Cathedral Square is a Vermont-based nonprofit that provides affordable housing for older adults and people with special needs, with on-site services to support residents. The organization operates 25 income-restricted housing communities in Chittenden and Franklin counties and helps communities statewide to develop, preserve, and improve affordable housing. Founded in 1977 in Burlington, the nonprofit is based in South Burlington and serves more than 1,200 residents across independent, shared, and assisted-living settings.

It established Vermont's first affordable memory-care residence in 2017 to serve Medicaid recipients with dementia. The group administers the statewide Support and Services at Home (SASH) program, coordinating care among housing groups, aging services, hospitals, and home- and primary-care providers so Vermonters can remain at home longer. In 2025 Cathedral Square announced a partnership with Evernorth to develop a new project.
