Catskill Animal Sanctuary in Saugerties, New York, rescues farmed animals and educates the public about their sentience, the harms of agribusiness, and vegan living. Located on a 148-acre site in the Hudson Valley, the sanctuary provides emergency rescue and hosts weekend and special group tours, speaking engagements, and year-round programming. The sanctuary runs largely on solar power. Since its founding in 2001, it has rescued more than 5,000 animals and has worked with law enforcement to bring animal abusers to justice.

The organization is a small to mid-sized nonprofit; in March 2025, its founder Kathy Stevens retired.
