Ceccanti Inc is a utilities-focused contractor based in East Tacoma, Washington. The company began in the mid-1970s as Ceccanti-Franko Construction, starting with side sewers and septic systems in Gig Harbor and gradually expanding its work. It broadened into utilities and earthwork for commercial buildings and housing, eventually taking on mainline sewers and water mains for multiple municipalities. Through the 1980s and 1990s, the firm built a steady portfolio of municipal and industrial projects, including work for Kent Valley and Boeing, and evolved into a broader utilities and road-building capability. Today it maintains a sizable operations footprint focused on utilities and earthmoving services. In March 2026, Ceccanti announced a new client, Pierce County, and provided a 160-foot Acrow bridge to support a Pierce County Parks Department project.
