CALI is a small to mid-sized nonprofit consortium of law schools based in Chicago, Illinois. It develops tools and content for flipped classrooms, distance learning, formative assessment, educational games, and online course management. The organization publishes more than 1,300 interactive lessons across about 40 legal subject areas and enables faculty to assign materials, monitor student progress, and tailor materials to their courses. More than 200 US law schools are members, reflecting CALI’s central role in legal education resources. Recent activity highlights CALI’s engagement with professional education events in 2025, including participation in CALIcon and planned attendance at the AAfPE Conference.
