Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging supports older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers by helping them navigate aging- and disability-related resources. It coordinates and delivers a network of services to promote independence and safety at home, working with area providers to offer supports such as homemaking, transportation, home-delivered meals, and personal care.

It also provides education and resources to caregivers, professionals, and the public, and advocates for programs and policies that benefit its communities. Based in Columbus, Ohio, COAAA serves eight central Ohio counties—Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union—managing services for about 15,000 people and funding additional services for 25,000. A recent development is COAAA's partnership with Molina Healthcare announced in 2024.
