Centre Properties is a specialty real estate firm with expertise in the development, leasing, and management of retail properties in the Indianapolis trade area. The company was founded in 1985 by Craig W. Johnson and James F. Singleton and throughout has maintained its focus on superior retail locations in the Indianapolis, Indiana trade area.

We are proficient in all aspects of commercial real estate from land acquisition, development and construction, through leasing and property management. We are proud of our local knowledge and our long-term ownership of high quality properties.

Since 1985, Centre Properties has developed more than 2.2 million square feet of retail space at prime locations in and around the Indianapolis area. These developments have as tenants such retailers as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Walgreens, Borders, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Staples, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Marsh Grocery, Party City, Petco, Outback Steakhouse, Starbucks, Shoe Carnival, Panera Bread, Fashion Bug and as well as a multitude of small local tenants.
