Expansion and capacity Century Boats is executing a major expansion in Zephyrhills, Florida, adding manufacturing and management roles and investing tens of millions of dollars to restart production in its 100th year. This signals an opportunity to offer supply chain, equipment, and facility optimization solutions, as well as potential long-term service contracts for the growing plant.

New ownership momentum Under American Nautical Holdings, Century Boats is launching 22 all-new models across multiple segments (center consoles, cruisers, wake boats, sport fishing yachts). This accelerates demand for design, engineering, and manufacturing tooling, as well as digital twin, CAD/CAM, and ERP integration services to support accelerated product development.

Talent and leadership Recent hire of a Plant Manager and rapid headcount growth of over 50 roles indicate organizational scaling. This creates upsell opportunities for onboarding, training programs, safety and compliance solutions, and workforce management software implementations tailored to a growing production operation.

Financing and partnerships Private equity acquisition followed by phased capital deployment signals a readiness to engage in supplier financing discussions, equipment leasing, and long-term procurement partnerships. Engaging early can position you as a preferred vendor for capital-intensive manufacturing needs.

Product diversification Portfolio expansion across performance, fishing, cruising, wake, and sport yachts, plus history of notable acquisitions like Vanquish Boats, suggests cross-sell opportunities for high-value components, aftermarket parts, and turnkey retrofit solutions to support a broader customer base and lifecycles.
