CERBAIR is a French defense and space manufacturing company that develops counter-UAS capabilities to protect sensitive sites and events from drone activity. Its work is grounded in in-house research and development focused on security and defense, with radiofrequency technology forming the core of real-time detection, characterization and neutralization of intruding drones. The company serves civilian and military applications, helping clients gain control of their airspace by identifying drone incursions and responding to them as needed. Based in Montrouge in the Île-de-France region, CERBAIR operates as a small to mid-sized enterprise. In June 2026, Latour Capital, through its Emergence Défense fund and with support from the Fonds Innovation Défense of Bpifrance, acquired CERBAIR, signaling a new stage in its strategic development.
