Certified Parts Corporation (CPC) is a Wisconsin-based manufacturer focused on supplying obsolete and hard-to-find replacement parts for outdoor recreational equipment, including snowmobiles, personal watercraft, go-karts, and mini bikes. Founded in 1976 by James Grafft, the company maintains a catalog of New-Old parts to support vehicles that are out of production, helping customers source components that are no longer readily available through original manufacturers. CPC has expanded its scope through strategic asset acquisitions, notably acquiring TecumsehPower Company’s engine business and later complementing that with parts from Comet drives and Hoffco outdoor power equipment, and establishing Lauson Power Products, LLC to manage these assets under historical engine line names. In 2010, CPC entered a manufacturing and distribution collaboration with Liquid Combustion Technologies to support Lauson, Snow King, and LCT-branded engines, extending service and availability to its dealer and distributor network. A notable recent development includes a partnership with AriensCo, announced in 2022, which aligns CPC with a major name in the snow equipment industry.
