Chattahoochee Valuation Group successfully merged with Calhoun Sands Valuation & Advisory in December 2022. Calhoun Sands Valuation & Advisory, Inc. is a leading independent third-party commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm based in Atlanta and provides commercial real estate valuation services throughout the southeastern United States. Valuation services include appraisals, rent studies, eminent domain support, appraisal review, portfolio valuations, litigation support and expert witness testimony, property tax analysis, consultations, market studies and feasibility analysis. Our goal is to provide quality appraisal reports with credible results in a timely manner that our clients can rely upon for their financial, reporting and planning needs.
