Copper, copper alloy, aluminum, and steel are available as base metals and are assembled in a wide range of fabrication capabilities, including in-press welding, furnace, flame & induction brazing, seam welding, percussion welding, stamping, Toplay/Inlay bimetal bonding, bimetal cladding, and CNC machining. 

Checon is vertically integrated to control supply chain sourcing and internal manufacturing processes. We offer in-house tool design, progressive tooling, process verification and application engineering, on-site device performance testing, real-time visual testing, and material analytics.
