Chester County Interlink is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1993 by Jordan Seidel and Eric Raymond. Major supporters include the West Chester Area Education Association, Chester County Hospital and West Chester University. CCIL is financed through grants and user donations. CCIL's vision is to provide and support access and productive use of the internet by individual residents, families, students, workers and non-profit organizations of Chester County, Pennsylvania through: Free internet-related services without regard for the ability to pay.
