The Child Development Association (CDA) now doing business as the Children's Development Academy (CDA) provides affordable early learning programs and childcare for preschool children in the metro Atlanta area. The CDA prepares children for success in education and life. And, our childcare services enable hardworking parents to maintain full-time employment to support their families.

Affording all children in our community high-quality early education is the CDA mission, accomplished by creating a safe, nurturing place for young children to prepare for school.

The CDA serves over 2,000 children annually at our four-acre campus in the historic Grove Way neighborhood of Roswell and two Kids Express drop-in locations. Annually, the Children’s Center prepares nearly 240 economically-disadvantaged preschoolers for kindergarten with structured curriculum, fully accredited teachers and serving over 70,000 nutritious meals and snacks annually. While Roswell is home to nearly 50% of the children at the Center, another 40% living in Sandy Springs and other children coming from counties across the north metro Atlanta area. The CDA is the only high-quality center in the north Metro-Atlanta arc offering need-based tuition scholarships and subsidies in a NAEYC accredited, Georgia 3-star quality rated preschool center.
