Children's Specialty Group (CSG) is a multispecialty pediatric physician practice serving children and adolescents across Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. The organization brings together more than 230 board-certified or eligible pediatric specialty and subspecialty physicians, and over 135 psychologists and advanced practice providers. Headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, CSG partners with Children’s Hospital of The Kings Daughters (CHKD) and Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) to deliver care, train future physicians, and advance pediatric health research. 

CSG is the sole provider of medical specialty and psychiatric care at CHKD, the only freestanding children’s hospital in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Its services extend to CHKD’s outpatient and urgent care facilities and to neonatal and other specialty pediatric care at Sentara Health System, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, St. Mary’s Home for Children, Lake Taylor Home, and the Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center.
