The CHT Group is a medium-sized global player for sustainable specialty chemicals. After the foundation of CHT R. Beitlich GmbH in 1953 in Tübingen, the company has developed to a worldwide operating group with focus on innovative chemicals as function generators, auxiliaries and additives for industrial processes. The products optimize production processes in many industries and have an influence on the functionality, appearance and quality of the end-products on the consumer market.
Then as now, the head office and the centers of competence of the business divisions are located at the headquarters of the Group at CHT Germany GmbH in Tübingen. The range of dyes is developed, produced and commercialized by the Swiss subsidiary company CHT Switzerland AG (former BEZEMA AG) in Montlingen.
With worldwide approx. 2,500 staff members in 27 companies and additional sales agencies the company group provides its products and services in more than 120 countries – on all continents.
The CHT Group focuses its strategy and organization specifically on value-based and sustainable corporate management.
Our portfolio includes Textile Solutions – dyes and auxiliaries for the entire textile value chain, from pretreatment, dyeing, and finishing to modern solutions for technical textiles and sustainable fashion concepts. 
Our offer is complemented by Industrial Solutions – smart specialty silicones for a wide range of industrial applications, innovative paper and pulp technologies, high-performance materials for bonding and mold making, care ingredients for home, car, and personal care, and advanced washing solutions for textile care and plastics recycling.
In addition, we supply Functional Chemicals – high-performance chemical additives for formulators in the fields of paints, coatings, construction, adhesives, leather, chemical producers, agrochemicals, mining, and release agents.
