Churchill Stateside Group and its wholly owned affiliates (CSG) serve the affordable housing and renewable energy industries with a focus on delivering smart, impactful financial solutions. We sponsor tax credit equity investment funds for institutional investors and offer a range of construction, permanent, and bond financing options to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Through our subsidiary, Churchill Mortgage Investment LLC, we are proud to be an approved USDA Rural Development lender, HUD/FHA MAP and LEAN lender, and a Ginnie Mae Issuer—giving our clients access to powerful, government-backed financing tools.
