Cirdan has delivered healthcare consulting and professional services to managed healthcare organizations since 2001. It all started with an in-depth study that our founders performed to assess the feasibility of Minnesota counties to form their own health plans to provide high quality and coordinated managed care services for Medicaid eligible persons. That work led to the opportunity to provide a broad range of actuarial, financial and data management services for start-up County Based Health Plans. We have since added other managed healthcare clients, and our mix of services continues to expand. Today, we offer a broad range of actuarial services with an emphasis on Medicare, Medicaid and dual-eligible special needs plans (D-SNP’s). The Cirdan team also has expertise in risk adjustment and encounter submissions for both Medicare and Medicaid clients.
