Clark & Enersen was founded in 1946 in by Architect Kenneth B. Clark and Landscape Architect Lawrence A. Enersen—Harvard graduates who shared a commitment to collaboration and excellence in design. Their spirit continues today as our firm serves clients nationwide from our offices—two in Nebraska (Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska), two in the Kansas City metro (Kansas City, Missouri, and Lawrence, Kansas), one on the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains (Fort Collins, Colorado), one on the West Coast (Portland, Oregon), and one on the East Coast (Charleston, South Carolina). 

We offer a comprehensive in-house team with design professionals in the primary disciplines of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, and mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering as well as experts in commissioning, community and stakeholder engagement, construction administration, grant assistance, laboratory planning, and land development.

Our design professionals work together from the earliest stages of planning through construction to ensure that site, architecture, interiors, technology, and building systems function together seamlessly.
