Clean Infra Partners (“Clean Infra”) is a climate finance advisory firm that provides transaction advisory services for the fast-growing renewable energy, energy transmission, waste and water infrastructure markets, and works with financial institutions to develop innovative climate investment schemes. The Clean Infra team is based in London and New York. The Clean Infra principals worked together as co-heads of the solar team at the Clinton Climate Initiative (“CCI”), an initiative of the William J. Clinton Foundation that advises governments on the design and implementation of climate-related pilot projects in developing countries. They bring to Clean Infra’s clients their combined 45 years of experience in private equity investment, project finance advisory, project M&A and consulting.
