CLAPA is a UK national charity that supports people born with cleft lip and/or palate and their families. It aims to connect individuals into a lifelong supportive community and to champion their needs within healthcare and related services. Its services include confidential one-to-one support provided by trained volunteers, community-led information resources, and moderated online groups that foster peer connection. The charity also runs an Advocacy Service, a Youth Council for ages 9 to 17, and a consultancy for researchers, alongside a feeding program that subsidises around 15,000 items of specialist equipment each year for babies born with clefts, including free items for families in need. In October 2023, CLAPA appointed YolanDa Brown as a patron. The organization is based in London, England.
