All of the milk we use is from local, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone and RBST-free cows. We combine our proprietary dairy base with the finest handpicked ingredients from around the world to churn up a decadent 16-18% butterfat ice cream. All of our recipes are developed from scratch in our 5000 sq ft ice cream kitchen.
