It guides institutions to embody the act's spirit through proactive safety practices and educates campus communities on how the law protects them. Based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, the organization operates in the higher education sector, serving colleges and universities as its primary clients. The group is a small to mid-sized team focused on Clery Act compliance and campus safety education. A recent development is a 2025 partnership with Allied Universal Security to support programs and initiatives that help create safer higher education campuses across the United States.
