Throughout S.D. Clifton Construction’s 30 years in business, we have aimed to be the best, not because we wanted to boast, but because that is who we are supposed to be. We have purposely grown conservatively over the years in order to ensure quality and satisfied clients. We have accomplished this since most of our growth has been a result of repeat customers growing and asking us to grow with them. Beyond providing quality workmanship and comprehensive design/build services, Clifton Construction strives to build a relationship of mutual trust and confidence with each of its clients. We accomplish this by putting the customer’s priorities first and conducting ourselves with integrity in every aspect of our business. We have over 19 repeat customers for which we have completed over 150 jobs which certainly demonstrates our success in meeting our client’s needs. We believe the combination of Design/Build, negotiated and bid work keeps us current with all facets of the construction industry thus providing a broader base of experience that benefits our clients. We are proud of our list of return clients that we have developed over our 30 year history.
Our goal as a team on all of our projects is to be cost effective, have a timely completion and produce a final product that meets or exceeds all quality, needs and expectations of every owner.
SD Clifton Construction’s organization is made up of Project Managers/Estimators and Construction Superintendents. One of the reasons for the continued success is the combined responsibility of the Project Manager/Estimator. We believe that it benefits both the owner and the contractor for the same person to be involved in the estimating, subcontract and vendor buyout and construction because it produces the best way to build the project while doing so for the best price. Also, from the owner’s point of view he will have a single contact that will be the same person, (the Project Manager/Estimator) for the whole job.
