CLT Solutions’ role in CLT projects is to provide overall project coordination and assimilation in order to optimize its benefits and minimize misapplication – we want CLT to work for folks. …Conceptual design and layout – providing input on ways to take advantage of CLT’s unique performance capabilities while making designers aware of potential challenges – Design review and guidance including design approaches for insulation, cladding, and interior sound management as well as assembly details to minimize air leakage and optimize assembly efficiency.
…Building Code implementation – working with local code officials to garner their support and help gain acceptance within the code defined alternate materials concept.
…Engineering and Design – we can bring an engineering team to the project or provide engineering technical support for existing engineering staff as well as guidance in selecting and specifying connection options and detailing them for field installation.
…Pricing and ordering – including converting the architectural plans to shop drawings in either Metric or Imperial 
units.
