Coastal Community Action Program is a small, non-profit Community-Services organization providing many functions in a very economically depressed region. The first CAP in Washington State, CoastalCAP provides In-Home Care for the elderly and disabled, Nutrition, Energy Assistance and Weatherization services to the needy, as well as job training & life skills to Developmentally Delayed Adults. CCAP has also recently gained the distinction of being the first non-profit organization in the US to build and implement a "green-energy" wind-generation project that will help to off-set our dependence on government grants and funding for our many programs by selling power to the local PUD.
