Coastal Engineering & Consulting (CE&C) is a privately owned engineering firm providing professional services to both public and private clients in Georgia.  Founded in 2012 by C. Scott Burns, Coastal Engineering & Consulting specializes in traffic and transportation engineering, wastewater and water design, site plans, utility coordination and erosion control planning.  An extensive knowledge of local, state and federal regulations, allows CE&C to provide services in every aspect of design, moving the project from surveying through construction.   

Coastal Engineering & Consulting is a 100% minority owned company and is currently approved to offer MBE services in Chatham County, Georgia as well as MBE services for the City of Savannah.  Coastal Engineering & Consulting is also a GA DBE certified firm and prequalified to provide services to the Georgia Department of Transportation in Design of Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities, Design of Erosion Sedimentation and Pollution Control Plans and Construction Engineering.
